Education History

Ocean County College (AS)
Monmouth University (BFA)
Fairleigh Dickinson University (MFA)

As someone who is passionate about 3D character animation, I set my sights on obtaining my MFA in this field and was willing to do whatever it took to make my dream a reality. After completing my associates degree at a local community college, I transferred to a larger four-year university to continue my studies. Once I graduated, I quickly realized there was more that was needed in order for me to hone my skills as a 3D character animator. So, I made the difficult decision to transfer once again to a prestigious art school that had an outstanding animation program. At this new school, I was able to take courses that were tailored to my interests and allowed me to further develop my skills in 3D character animation. Finally, after many years of hard work and determination, I completed my MFA in 3D character animation and am now pursuing my dream career. While it was a challenging journey, I am grateful for the experiences and knowledge that I gained along the way, and I feel confident that the skills I have developed will serve me well in the future.

Occupation

ADJUNCT PROFESSOR

As an adjunct professor who teaches 3D design and 3D animation, I am passionate about teaching others how to use the industry-standard software, Maya. Teaching has always been close to my heart, and being able to share my expertise in 3D design makes it even more enjoyable. I feel like I’m making a tangible contribution to my students’ lives and their future careers.

I find it fascinating to be able to see my students’ creativity come to life in their designs. From the first day of class, I encourage my students to think outside the box and push their limits when it comes to design ideas. It’s always rewarding to see the excitement on their faces when they’re able to create something that they never thought was possible.

As an adjunct professor, I understand that my role is not just to teach my students how to use the software, but also to help them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. One of my favorite challenges is coming up with projects that not only teach technical skills but also help my students develop these important skills that they can use throughout their lives.

Overall, teaching 3D design and 3D animation is something that brings me great joy. Being able to see my students put their skills to use and create amazing designs is an incredibly rewarding experience. It is an honor to be a part of their journey and help them realize their potential.
